PLANNING DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! The planning deposit is not applied towards your trip. This deposit is paid to your travel agent for quotes that are researched to provide you with the best rates. If you book or choose not book the planning deposit is NON REFUNABLE!!! The planning fee must be paid prior to you receiving quotes for your vacation. Quotes will not be emailed until the planning deposit is paid. I ask that you allow 1-3 business days for a response to your inquiry. Your quotes will be sent to the email address you provided.

To secure the quoted price emailed to you, you must provide a TRIP DEPOSIT within 24 hours! Quotes are only valid for 24 hours! If you do not book within 24 hours you will have to request a new quote.

BUY IN FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! The BUY IN Fees secure a shared or group trip spot. These fees do not go towards the trip, it only allows you to secure a spot for the trip.

TRIP DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNABLE!!! Trip deposit must be paid within 24 hours! The trip deposit is paid to guarantee the emailed quote. The trip deposit is a fee that goes toward your trip. Although the fee is NON REFUNDABLE it can be applied towards another quote incase you need to reschedule your vacation.

TRIP COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! The trip cost is the amount due for the vacations. Once you select a quote for your vacation, and start making payments, the trip cost is NON REFUNDABLE!!!

Travel Insurance is encouraged but not required. Travel insurance is not automatically provided. Travel insurance is also an additional fee. However, you are able to select your own travel insurance once your trip is booked. Depending on the insurance you select you maybe eligible for a full or partial reimbursement in the event you have to cancel your trip.
